Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all healthcare professional identification tags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
